Every Victorian will be able to ride free, every day right across our public transport network until May 30. 

And because we know the impacts will be felt for some time to come, public transport will be half-price for the rest of the year. 

We have already seen the benefits of providing this immediate relief, and bringing household transport costs down.

So we’re extending it. 

It’ll help more people use public transport, get more cars off the road, and use less fuel while prices are high.

And don’t forget, public transport remains free for under-18s every day, and for seniors on weekends.

These are some of the ways we’re making life easier and more affordable while prices are high.

Because we’ll always be on their side in the cost-of-living crisis.
